Our website allows travelers to review program criteria and submit travel preferences for review. By accessing the site or submitting any request form, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete details regarding yourself, your dates, and each member of your traveling party.
• Use this website and our forms solely for lawful, personal travel planning purposes.
• Refrain from submitting an inquiry on behalf of third parties without their express authorization and agreement to these Terms.
• Refrain from submitting false, duplicate, speculative, abusive, or automated inquiries.

All inquiries received through NueLuxe Travel are reviewed manually by a representative against applicable Palace Elite referral criteria and live property room availability.

Preferential referral rates and qualifying inventory access are governed by clear program rules:

• Age Requirement: For couples and honeymoon travel, at least one primary traveler in the party must be thirty-two (32) years of age or older at the time of travel.
• Minimum Length of Stay: Reservations require a minimum stay of five (5) consecutive nights at the selected eligible resort property.
• Room Category Scope: Preferential rates apply strictly to a standard room category at the confirmed property. Room inventory is finite and subject to real-time property capacity.
• Suite Upgrades & Supplements: Upgraded suites, specialty views, or swim-out accommodations require an additional room supplement, are not covered under standard base access, and remain subject to property availability.
• Travel Period Limitations: Promotional access applies to designated travel windows completed by the night of December 20 of the promotional year, and explicitly excludes the peak holiday blackout period of December 24 through December 31.

A traveler receives a confirmed reservation only if and when the relevant resort formally accepts the referral, processes the booking, and issues official confirmation.

We believe in transparent billing structures and distinct payment responsibilities:

• No Fee for Submission: You will never be charged a fee simply for submitting an inquiry form or requesting an availability check on this website.
• Separate Service Fee: The $297 NueLuxe Travel access/service fee is presented and payable only after our concierge team manually confirms that your party qualifies and that suitable standard-room inventory is available, and before NueLuxe coordinates the reservation.
• Refund Condition for Service Fee: The $297 NueLuxe access/service fee is fully refundable if you do not complete a booking for any reason prior to final reservation facilitation.
• Direct Resort Payment: All room accommodation costs, lodging balances, local taxes, room supplements, and on-site incidental charges are paid directly by you to the resort property through the property’s authorized payment channel. NueLuxe Travel does not hold or collect your resort room payment.
• Resort Cancellation Terms: Once a reservation is booked with the property, the resort's own cancellation, modification, refund, and fee policies apply exclusively to the lodging charges. NueLuxe Travel cannot override or alter policies established by the resort.

Resort operators, transportation vendors, and referral partners are independent third parties. Each independent operator maintains its own terms of service, house rules, privacy guidelines, and reservation conditions. NueLuxe Travel is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, terms, representations, or defaults of any third-party property or service provider.

When you provide contact information through our inquiry form, you authorize NueLuxe Travel to communicate with you by email, phone, or messaging regarding your submitted request, eligibility results, confirmed options, and operational next steps.
