Because our role is to evaluate eligibility and coordinate travel referral requests for qualifying resorts, we only request the details necessary to review, quote, and facilitate that stay.

Assess your submitted travel dates, group composition, and age criteria against program requirements to determine whether promotional Palace Elite preferential-rate standard room inventory is open.
Communicate Regarding Your Request
Respond to your inquiry by email or phone, transmit confirmed availability results, provide clear rate options, and answer questions about property amenities or booking paths.
Facilitate Referral & Reservation Coordination
If you elect to proceed after reviewing verified availability and paying the refundable access/service fee, we use your details to make the reservation and supply the resort payment link so you can pay the property directly.
Operate, Secure & Prevent Misuse
Maintain site integrity, detect duplicate or fraudulent inquiries, prevent abuse of referral systems, and comply with applicable regulatory, accounting, or legal requirements.
We do not repurpose your personal inquiry data for unrelated commercial ventures or sell your contact records to third-party list brokers.

Information sharing is limited strictly to purposeful steps necessary to evaluate, book, and support your requested resort stay. Because NueLuxe Travel operates as a referral and reservation facilitator, information may be disclosed under the following controlled circumstances:

Resort and Palace Elite Referral/Reservation Partners
When necessary to check inventory, verify promo eligibility, or initiate a confirmed reservation, relevant trip details (such as traveler names, requested stay dates, and party size) are shared with the applicable resort or Palace Elite referral partners. NueLuxe Travel does not require membership-owner attendance for your stay.
Operational Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our website, hosting digital infrastructure, delivering transactional emails, or facilitating communications. These providers receive only the data required to perform their discrete functions on our behalf under reasonable confidentiality expectations.

Please note: Opting out of optional communications does not prevent you from receiving transactional or administrative messages strictly necessary to manage an active inquiry, access fee confirmation, or pending resort booking.
